JUSTYOURCLICK Refund Policy
If at any time You are not satisfied with the service you have purchased, You may call Customer Care no of Justyourclick wherein your complaint will be noted and will forwarded to the respective provider/supplier for its resolution or you can directly complaint to provider and may claim for a credit, replacement or refund of the purchased service. Further, You hereby confirm and agree that the You will not claim or allege anything against Justyourclick in respect of the service which are provided it to you by the service provider.
Pricing of services-
Justyourclick reserves the right to alter prices of services at any time as requested by the respected provider of services. All prices quoted are in Indian National Rupee (INR). All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by the provider of the services.
If any service booked is unavailable or incorrectly priced then provider will advise you the correct price of the service before providing or recommend a suitable substitute.
Services Plan purchased from justyourclick may be refunded only if canceled within 3 days of the date of the transaction.
Once we receive your request of cancelation the plan you(service –provider) purchased within the timeframe given above, the refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account .
Note: Due to their nature, crypto currencies, tokens and digital assets are generally irreversible and their exchange rates are highly volatile and transitory. We can not be responsible for any risk including but not limited to exchange rate risk and market risk. Plan purchased using crypto currencies, tokens or digital assets will not be refunded.
REFUNDS FROM BALANCE-
Over-funded balance can be refunded within 30 days of the payment that resulted in the over-funding. In special cases, other payments can be refunded instead of the original payment if the 30-day time-frame can be applied to those payments.
Our Company will take 3 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS for any type of Payment Refund that you have done with our Website.
For Fulfilled by justyourclick (jyc) orders-
If the standard time-frame as mentioned in the above table has expired and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash. Refunds can be processed via paper cheque only in exceptional cases.
- If the payment method, which you used to make the payment (such as credit/ debit card) at the time of purchase, is no longer valid, refund will be issued through upi.
- If we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, refund will be issued through upi.
We will send you an e-mail asking you to call us and provide your name and account details wherein you want the money to be sent. After we receive these details, refund will be initiated.
For Seller-Fulfilled orders:
If you wish to receive the Pay on Delivery order’s refund to your bank account, you can update the details of the bank account in Your Account section or from the Returns Centre when you are returning an item.
